Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GrowthStack BD ("we", "our", "us") under Trade License No. TRAD/DSCC/031214/2025, issued by Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC). By accessing or using our platform you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of our service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Description of Service

GrowthStack BD provides access to a searchable database of business and consumer contact records, together with associated tools, resources, and courses. The service is offered on a subscription basis and may include free and paid plans.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the data obtained through GrowthStack BD for:

  • Legitimate sales prospecting and marketing outreach
  • Market research and analysis
  • CRM data enrichment
  • Recruiting and talent acquisition

5. Prohibited Use

You must NOT use our service to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or engage in any form of illegal marketing
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute our database content without written permission
  • Resell or sublicense access to our data to third parties
  • Violate any applicable data protection, privacy, or anti-spam law
  • Use the data to harass, stalk, or harm any individual
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disassemble, or exploit our platform

6. Subscription & Payment

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
  • Payments are processed via Paystation and other approved payment gateways.
  • All prices are in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) unless otherwise stated.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel any time from your billing settings.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, and databases on GrowthStack BD are the intellectual property of GrowthStack BD or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the service for your own internal business purposes only.

8. Data Accuracy

While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or currency of any data. You are responsible for verifying data before use and for complying with applicable laws when contacting individuals.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowthStack BD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any data obtained through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination you must cease using the service and delete any exported data that was obtained in violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
