Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on GrowthStack BD, operated by GrowthStack BD (Trade License No. TRAD/DSCC/031214/2025). Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products & Services

GrowthStack BD provides digital services — including database access, data exports, courses, and downloadable tools. Because these are digital goods that are consumed immediately upon access, we maintain the following policy:

All sales of digital products and subscriptions are generally final. However, we offer refunds in the specific circumstances described below.

2. Subscription Plans

  • 30-Hour Money-Back Guarantee (New Subscriptions): If you are a first-time subscriber and are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 30 hours of your initial payment, provided you have not exported more than 100 records.
  • Technical Failure: If a proven technical fault on our side prevented you from accessing the service you paid for, we will issue a pro-rated refund for the affected period.
  • Duplicate Charge: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription cycle due to a payment processing error, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
  • Renewals: Refunds are not issued for auto-renewal charges if you did not cancel before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to cancel before the next billing cycle.

3. One-Time Purchases (Tools & Courses)

  • Downloadable Tools / Templates: No refund once the file has been downloaded.
  • Video Courses: A refund may be requested within 48 hours of purchase if less than 10% of the course content has been accessed.
  • Data Exports / Credit Packs: Non-refundable once credits have been consumed.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You changed your mind after accessing or downloading the content
  • Your account was suspended or terminated due to a Terms of Service violation
  • You claim the data quality is poor but have already exported a significant volume of records
  • The request is made more than 30 hours after the purchase date (except proven technical faults)

5. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, email us at [email protected] with:

  1. Your registered email address
  2. Transaction ID or invoice number (found in your Billing page)
  3. Reason for the refund request
  4. Any supporting evidence (e.g. screenshots of errors)

We will review and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method.

6. Payment Gateway Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider before contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first as we aim to resolve all disputes quickly and fairly.
