We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After deletion we may retain anonymised usage data for analytics. Payment records are kept for the period required by Bangladeshi tax and financial regulations.

8. Third-Party Data (Database Records)

The business and consumer records in our database are aggregated from publicly available sources. If you are an individual whose data appears in our database and you wish to have it removed, please contact us with your details and we will process your removal request within 14 business days.

Our service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
